Pancho & Willy’s
This 3 tier open air giant palapa bar is located on the lagoon beside Captain’s Cove Restaurant (and in front of the Omni Hotel). P & W opened in November, 2006 and is named after the 2 crocodiles that visit the bar and restaurant. Come visit early and catch the breath-taking sunsets. Nightly entertainment switches between karaoke and LIVE music with Flashback, performing hits from the 60s-90s plus sala, merengue and cumbia. Seating is for about 180+ customers and has a nice dance floor. snack food available too. Don’t forget to ask about the P & W stuff for sale (hats, T-shirts, blinking shot glasses). There also is a complimentary shuttle that goes between P & W and all of the Royal Resort locations.
Every night after sunset is our ALL REQUEST classic music video party. From our personal archives of over 8,000 songs, we have hits from the 50s through today, including country hits and music videos in Español ! You can make a request, have a drink and enjoy…. This bar is open to the general public but only customers 18+ can sing karaoke.
La Cabaña
Located a few steps away from the check-in desk in the Royal Caribbean, this quaint little lobby bar is decorated in a cool color scheme, complete with some native decorations and a hammock (ok, this isn’t for customer use!). With 2 big screen TVs and 2 smaller TVs, it is a great location for karaoke Seating is for about 90 people and karaoke really gets this little bar rockin’ ! La Cabaña also has a foosball table. Snack food are available. There also is a complimentary shuttle that goes between all of the Royal Resort properties. Only guests 18+ can enter this bar. This bar is open only to guests staying at one of the Royal Resorts locations. There is a $1 USD cover charge for karaoke nights at this location.
Sidelines
Located a stones throw from the check-in desk at the Royal Sands, Sidelines is the “sports bar” of the Royal Resorts. Complete with sports memorabilia decorations (even some wrestling photos), 2 pool tables, 2 big screen TVs and many smaller TVs. With seating for 100 people, it is the perfect place to sing karaoke or watch your favorite sporting event. Snack foods are available. This bar is open only to guests staying at one of the Royal Resorts locations. There also is a complimentary shuttle that goes between all of the Royal Resort properties. Only guests 18+ can enter this bar. There is a $1 USD cover charge for karaoke nights at this location
The Rotunda
Located a few steps away from the check-in desk at the Royal Haciendas in Playa Del Carmen, this quaint little lobby bar is elegantly decorated with seating for about 50 people. Complete with a big screen TV and 3 flat screen TVs, it is a great location for karaoke or your favorite sporting event. The Rotunda also has a foosball table. Snack food is available. This bar is open only to guests staying at one of the Royal Resorts locations.
